Unlocking the potential of the third sector for social action and change

The Policy Paper intends to demonstrate the need to redefine and create new strategies and policies within the third sector across Europe. This document is aimed mainly at a higher, decision-making level, addressing the main findings of the project, and providing evidence and discussing why a change of NGO policy approach might be relevant.
