Layman report

The aim of this report is to provide information about the NGEurope project – its rationale, objectives, methods, and the main outcomes. The report summarises what was learned about the roles of the third sector and volunteerism, as well as the potential that both these areas have in promoting more sustainable communities, and how they promote an awareness of participatory citizenship.
