5th NGEurope Training Course

About the course

The NG Europe Erasmus project has developed a unique five-day Training Programme for individuals, leaders of community organisations and NGO staff to create new opportunities in their local area that will increase their impact in protecting their local environment. Taking part in the course will be an international experience as there will be participants and trainers from Austria, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, and Spain.

 

The Training Programme will provide participants with:

  • An understanding of the role of social and green NGOs.
  • Familiarity with NGO funding and management
  • Leadership training.
  • Introduction to Social entrepreneurship
  • Personal development
  • An awareness of the importance of networking
  • Practical experience through engagement with NGO leaders

The course is free and meals are included

Friday November 22th

16.00 - 20.30

Get‐together meeting, introduction to course content, trainers and other participants.

Visit to NGO Lerncafé (Social NGO that offers free tutoring and after school care for children and youth of 6-15 years)

Meeting point: Lerncafé Eggenberg (Hauseggerstr. 73, 8020 Graz/Austria)
